Hello, Mana Deprived readers, I took a short break from MTG after Pro Tour San Juan, but the good news is, I am back and here to supply you all with some new deck ideas. Please note that none of these ideas have gone through any extensive testing.
The hot new card is Mana Leak and that's why I started thinking of control decks first. My brother and I thought of creating a Dimir-based deck. Here's our starting point:

The deck is idea is just a control deck, but with Maelstrom Pulse to kill Planeswalkers/Oblivion Rings. Mind Shatter seems good against everything, except for Mono Red. I suggest more removal and 4 Dragon's Claw in your sideboard.

This is the funniest idea I have. I really enjoy the synergy of Bloodghast and Eldrazi Monument. The new Baloth is definitely a consideration for the sideboard.

For Mono Red, I would simply play the regular list, but your sideboard must contain 4 Red Leylines.
