The guys help Jay design a card for a Nintendo-themed Commander set. Which leads to a discussion about the Skulk mechanic. Jay describes the highs and lows of selling cards over the Internet, which believe it or not was a new experience to him. KYT talks about the GP Mexico-inspired changes to the Sunday Super Series at GP Toronto. Jeremey won a PPTQ last weekend! Matt played “Jund Binder Cards” in a Standard PPTQ, and did not. Jeremey got to pilot a version of Bant Collected Company, winning not only the invitation but airfare to the RPTQ too! The rule Jeremey learned to playing Bant CoCo successfully: The Hellbent Rule. There’s still one week left to get in on the Go Fund Me draws!
Don’t forget the ManaDeprived GP Party will be 9:30pm-2:00am on the Saturday of the GP, at a great location in Toronto’s Liberty Village neighbourhood. Stay tuned to this website for more details coming soon!
