It is always great to listen to Shaheen. He is always real and gets straight to the point. He never pulls a TSG about his feelings about idiots who deserved to be put in place. I would really like to listen to Conley Woods, Jayboosh and Shaheen on the same cast.

Man you guys got together and brought out a replacement. And brought in Shaheen Soorani, this is great stuff. And it even had #moremedian this is great stuff (yup I am bringing it back Median). Median even gave his employees the day off for the Super Bowl, good job. I thought it was pretty interesting that the Ravens won the super bowl, that whole Ray Lewis stuff had me vacillating on who I was rooting for. He’s a great guy from what I have seen recently, but then there’s that whole shit with the murder trial and the PEDs. Super bowl was also on my bday so I had a huge bday blowout and super bowl party, there was so much damn food it was crazy.
Shaheen got married in December? Holy shit my anniversary is in December. Small world. Marriage should always be more important than magic, keeping the wife happy keeps you happy for life. Trust me on this one. I keep the wife happy and satisfied and I even get some time to play magic. I didn’t play magic till after I got married and introduced to it by brothers in law. But the wife knew I played the hell out of some video games. So it worked out.
I can’t believe they made Shaheen redo his SCG promotional article. LOL. WOTC dropping the prize support and making money hand over fist is a great point. I actually do agree with what he’s discussing. We all see what they’re doing here. But let me totally be honest here, there’s no way my ass is ever going to get into the pro tour, or a gp, or any of that stuff. I am not sure even with the previous prize structure that I would be profitable at all. I guess I have to keep on this day job shit till my home porn career takes off. #uppydowny
I can do this addition stuff, but I am not about to add all that shit up. Fuck that. I’ll crunch the data after I have the details. Better yet give it to Chris Macaroni. Shaheen dropped when he found out his friend was doing that. Seriously, he’s a standup guy. What more do you want from the guy. Get up off my man’s back or I’ll kick your ass. Shaheen is a straight shooter and doesn’t pull any punches, he’s honest, come on.
Man this cube talk is great. Tons of great info and theory. I like this stuff. I live my cube life vicariously through JayBoosh, it’s great. Having Jay and Shaheen on the cast is great, the cube talk stuff was great. Ah freaking cheatyface. I prereleased twice also. Did a 2HG and a regular prerelease. Orzhov in 2HG fucking wrecked. We did Orzhov and Dimir combination in 2HG, it was great. Consuming Aberration with the mill stuff was sick, also especially in 2HG. Boros was huge in my prerelease but I didn’t lose to it. I ran Simic in the single person prerelease but it was kinda meh. I got a bunch of the Gruul discard pump guys which made my Simic deck get there. Freaking Madcap skills, that’s a fucking card, it wrecked shop. Madcap skills was so damn good in limited. That card put in so much work that day, but then these Boros guys didn’t get it so often. There are a few cards I would take over it in draft, cause it’s sick. Your dang guy had MAD SKILLS, shit then Gruul him, kill.
Jay, am I a magic bro? Can I be in your wedding? I’ll freaking learn some magic tricks like KYT and be the entertainment. I’ll pull chocolate hearts out of fucking thin air for you. I’ll make doves appear out of a fucking hat and fly all cool and shit. What are your colors?

Man the trigger nazis, they’re not very fun. GFabs fucking over the guy that couldn’t speak just pisses me off. Need to reach over and fucking punch that mother fucker. There are some very strict gentlemanly conduct codes I would hold an individual to, one of those is don’t be a dickbag. That crosses the line. That fucking asshole. I forgive you guys for having technical difficulties and still putting out an awesome cast later on in the week. You didn’t even just say fuck it and go on to the next week. Median stopped his slave labor card slanging business, KYT even ninja showed up, Jay got extra salty hilarious, Scotty got all fucking down to business and got Shaheen on the cast; well played guys, well played.

It seems like your list is just way short on cheap spot removal, and tragic slip just seems garbage right now, there’s so many more x/2s, or 1/1s that will grow too big for your removal if you don’t have turn one untapped black + slip. Just seems like with only 6 pieces of cheap removal (2cmc or less), I’d rather have some more charms, or ultimate price or, anything that’s not tragic slip. And to back it up you only have 3 verdicts, 0 terminus, and 2 spheres, 2 lilianas, and just infinite expensive durdlely planeswalkers… seems too slow against aggro, and too weak against midrange. I dunno man, just seems bad. Lingering souls is just so bad right now
Where is Medina’s Prime Speaker Zegana list? I’ve wanted to make an EDH deck with her when she was spoiled and I’m looking for some ideas and I love the card combos Jon mentioned. Awesome Cast as always and Shaheen was rad a fuck as always.

Glad to have Shaheen on, as I am a true and true Esper Mage in most metas. Great cast, I wonder if he thinks there is a viable Esper list for modern. I play a brewed Gifts Ungiven list that is fairly decent in our meta.

Outstanding cast as always guys! Great to hear from Shaheen. I love the fact that I sleeved up his list from twitter literally the day before the cast came out, so it was awesome to hear all his thoughts and ideas for adjustment immediately after putting it together. Couldn’t have asked for more (except more esper discussion and #lessmedina ehd). Now I’m torn between Shaheen’s list and Saito’s list for standard. decisions decisions…
The scumbag stories were also super sicko. Love those. They’ve been a missed part of the cast for a while now. Seems like everyone is so worried about being P.C. or just being a generally liked guy that they don’t want to share that shit. Listen, that kind of stuff has happened to all of us, so we love hearing someone else get ragged on that does the same thing. Sell those fuckers out. Same thing with those stores that don’t ship like LegitMTG does. call them out on air dudes. Let them have it. The Eh Team loyal will bring them righteous justice for glory and white knighting!
